Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the safe, accurate and rational distributions of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages, and designated areas of the Hospital as well as the supervision of the technical personnel. This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, JCAHO standards and Hospital/Department policies and procedures. Coordinates clinical pharmacy services.
· 3-5 years Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator experience.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact equally well with healthcare staff, patients, and families.
· Service minded professional
· Florida Pharmacist license; PharmD preferred.
Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications include:
· Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education.
· 3-5 years Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator experience.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact equally well with healthcare staff, patients, and families.
· Service minded professional
