As Pharmacy Manager/Director, you will have a full support team available to you, from a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, and more!
Responsibilities include all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy.Recommendations to innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. The ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns is also very important! While this role is the acting Pharmacy Director, the title within this facility is Pharmacy Manager as they don't use title of Director in any departments.
Our ideal candidate has at least 3 5 management years experience in a larger hospital setting. Experience with Joint Commission, Clinical, Purchasing, etc. preferred. Mississippi pharmacist licensure required.
