Colorado’s Centura Health seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead the team at St. Anthony Central Hospital (SAC) – the state’s only non-for-profit, Level I trauma center. Join us as we prepare to begin construction of a new campus to replace the existing facility that has served Denver for more than 100 years. With a planned completion date of late 2010, the new campus will sit in Lakewood, CO – just a short distance from the hospital’s current location near downtown Denver. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Selected candidate will oversee strategic, tactical and operational activities/programs as well as evaluate and provide quality services to reduce gaps and solve issues. This process of evaluation and improvement includes building and maintaining close, collaborative working relationships with other management staff while serving in both strategy and tactical roles to ensure high quality clinical outcomes that maximize cost effectiveness. Position will also work with the teams that provide care not only for Pharmacy Services, but for all Clinical Services. 

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications include a B.S. or Pharm.D. degree , prefer M.S. or MBA. Must also have 5 years’ successful management experience, excellent pharmacy?skills, strong analytical abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.
