Cover pharmacist shifts where needed with a primary focus on pharmacies not meeting operational standards

Coordinate and communicate with all partners to guarantee that all new/remodeled Pharmacies open on time and are fully staffed

Ensure Pharmacists receive great training by using trainers and training tools to fully train team members, providing training for district training sites and evaluating training to provide support

Educate Pharmacists and store partners about new processes by conducting strategic store visits, utilizing reporting tools and communicating focus area to district managers

Act as a liaison between stores and headquarters team, including following up on stores suggestions, providing recommendations to headquarters teams and participating in operational conference calls
Requirements

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing

Strong commitment to guest service

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Flexible work schedule

Ability to travel as needed
