The Staff Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical services to hospital inpatients, and to a very limited extent to hospital outpatients.
Qualifications
Licensure/certification/registration: Registration in the State of Texas, Preceptor, CPR.
Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience preferred however, new graduates welcome.
Special Skills&Qualifications: Automix, Clinitec, Micromedix, AS400 Order Entry (if applicable), Digimedics (if applicable), Dino System (if applicable), PYXIS System (if applicable), knowledge of State and Federal Laws, verbal and written skills in English, no addictions, available to work various shifts as needed, able to effectively interact with all levels of hospital employees, completion of ACPE course in the preparation of sterile products. |
