JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pharmacist - Night Shift
PeaceHealth's Lower Columbia Region, in Longview, Washington, includes St. John Medical Center, a 200-bed acute care and Level III trauma center community hospital, and PeaceHealth Medical Group, a multi-specialty physician practice. We are currently seeking an experienced hospital pharmacist for a full-time night shift position.
Position works a 7 on, 7 off, schedule with premium night shift differential. Responsibilities include order entry, responding to codes and mixing code medications, preparing emergency medications for hospital and emergency department. Pharmacist will be located primarily in emergency department and must be readily accessible to answer drug information questions, provide dosing recommendations, patient counseling, and supervision of a pharmacy technician.
