As a service operations process manager for continuous improvement within RightSourceRx, you will: design, implement, and improve business processes across designated areas of responsibility within RightSourceRx to help enhance business outcomes.
- Focus on process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve product quality
- Analyze data to make informed decisions
- Lead improvement and re-engineering project teams
- Ensure the appropriate identification of root causes through effective use of data analysis tools and techniques
- Map current processes and facilitate the design and implementation of new, improved process models and organizational structures

Role Essentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistical analysis with the ability to graphically represent data through histograms, run charts and Pareto
- Strong process improvement skills with experience in total systems thinking including Quality
- Knowledge of management methodologies such as Total Quality Management and Six Sigma
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge of process re-engineering techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
Role Desirables
- Six Sigma or Lean Certifications
- MBA and/or Masters of Engineering
- Project Management Institute certification
- Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Minitab
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Manager. This area is under the leadership of the Chief Operating Officer & Director of Professional Practice
