Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years prior experience as a Director of Pharmacy required.

The ideal candidate will have 50+bed acute care in-patient hospital director level experience . Compliance, Safety, Policy and Process Development and Employee Managment are some of the duties for this position. Must be a relationship builder, work well with people, have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to lead and motivate others to succeed.
