The General Manager will have overall responsibility for leading the operation of the RightSource Specialty mail order pharmacy.
Lead all aspects of the pharmacy on a day to day basis.
Collaborate as part of the RightSource Specialty Pharmacy Senior team and the other mail order sites to:
1. Deliver an outstanding member experience.
2. Lead the evolution of our people, process and technology.
3. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Pharmacy.
4. Lead, mentor and develop people/talent to achieve their professional goals and Humana's business needs.
5. Develop and implement processes to make sure we're taking advantage of the latest technological environment to improve any and all processes.
6. Develop and implement appropriate measurements and feedback processes to manage day to day operations and to identify areas that need improvement.
7. Develop relationships across all of pharmacy and the broader Humana to improve your ability to connect on the happenings within the company and things we can do to improve.
8. Support the expansion of our business into new locations.

Role Essentials
Previous experience as at least a Director of Operations in a Specialty mail order pharmacy or similar environment.
Demonstrated successful experience in delivering results in a matrix environment.
Demonstrated successful experience at consistently delivering superior quality, service and cost effectiveness with a highly engaged workforce.
Previous continuous improvement training and demonstrated successful experience leading improvement projects.
Bachelor’s Degree.
