Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Previous In-Patient Pharmacy experience is  necessary-Pharmacy Manager experience is preferred  
• Residency trained candidates are a plus
• Must be able to manage a dynamic team
• Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately
• Ability to work cooperatively with physicians and all staff
• Ability to set priorities, make critical decisions and respond quickly to emergency requests
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload
• Ability to assess situations and utilize creative problem solving techniques which result in positive outcomes
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Graduate from an ACPE  accredited School of Pharmacy Pharm D or RPH
