CareerStaff Rx is looking for a pharmacist to assist with MAK CPOE implementation at a hospital in New Jersey. This premier facility is looking for an experienced pharmacist with the knowledge of Siemens Rx computer software and experience with the implementation throughout departments of the hospital. This position will be a contract assignment for 3+ months with the possibility of extension if desired.
Job Requirements
- CPOE and Siemens/Soarian knowledge strongly preferred!
- Ability to direct pharmacy implementation planning and assure appropriate process linkages with existing Soarian CPOE and Clinical Documentation activity
- Ability to guide customer and IS through issues, risks and project activity to assure timeline and desired outcomes
- Ability to establish credibility with clinical leadership in facilitating change adoption and new process design
- Strong clinical IT and hospital experience
