Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience is necessary
- Compounding experience is a plus
- Must be able to work as dynamic team
- Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately
- Ability to work cooperatively with physicians and all staff
- Ability to set priorities, make critical decisions and respond quickly to emergency requests
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload
- Ability to assess situations and utilize creative problem solving techniques which result in positive outcomes
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Graduate from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy Pharm D or RPH (or CPhT for Technician Jobs)
