Job Description

HOME INFUSION PHARMACIST

Requirements:

MUST have Home Infusion experience (IV experience)

Salary is DOE but a range around $50-55/hr

Hours: 8:30am-5pm with on-call

There will be only one pharmacist alongside a nurse but this will be a very small facility.

Licensed in GA and in good standing.
