Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

Description: Clinical Coordinator responsibilities include: medication variances, ADRs, pharmacy and therapeutic and antibiotic subcommittee meetings, staff education, medication use evaluations, cost minimization projects. The Clinical Coordinator will be required to travel to pharmacy team meetings twice monthly.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACPE College of Pharmacy
- Licensed in New Jersey
- Recent hospital management / supervisory experience required
- 3 to 5 years of successful clinical project management
