Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Pharmaceutical Services and Operations Manager– provide optimum pharmaceutical care by reviewing physicians orders and patient profiles, compounding and dispensing medications and pharmaceutical supplies, and providing appropriate drug information, and providing appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Required Education/Experience:
1. Five to Six (5-6) years formal education/training, with completion of BS Pharm or PharmD Degree.
2. Michigan licensure or license eligible in the State of Michigan.
Preferred Education/Experience:
1. One (1) year of hospital pharmacy experience.
