This leadership position is in the Home Services Specialty Pharmacy Infusion Pharmacy. The Supervisor has responsibility for daily operations of the Pharmacy including fiscal performance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Specialty Pharmacy Services provides services to patients in home, outpatient and long-term care settings.
Licenses/Certifications: Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oregon. Valid drivers license and auto insurance. In compliance with facility policies a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
Preferred: Pharmacy residency or advanced Pharmacy degree. Three years of Infusion Pharmacy or hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent. One year of management experience in Infusion Pharmacy or hospital pharmacy. Experience in health care delivery systems in a managed care environment.
