Pharmacy Manager (Salisbury, NC)

We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager with strong inpatient skills, and leadership skills. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in hospital environment
Minimum Education- Bachelors Pharmacy
Previous supervisory experience is a plus
Strong leadership skills

34 FTEs
(Lead Pharmacists, Staff Pharmacists, Technicians, Technicians Assistant, Purchasing Techs, Data Management Specialist, Pyxis Coordinator and Inventory Technicians)

Skills and Certification:
NC Pharmacist Licensure

Description of Ideal Candidate:
Must have strong leadership skills to lead and direct a team of Clinical Staff Pharmacists/Techs to success
Ability to manage:
- Clinical services
- Distribution system
- Pharmacy information systems
- Automation/procurement
- Inventory control of pharmaceuticals and supplies
Strong problem solving skills
Proactive attitude
Ability to function in multiple facets
Ability to promote teamwork and communicates clearly
