Direct, Plan, intergrate and supervise Pharmacy services in hospital. Ensure compliance. Serve as member of hospital Leadership group. Participate as Superuser in EMR, Order Entry, bar coding, med. Reconciliations among other systems. Supervise pharmacy staff, order and montior pharmaceuticals, supplies and maintain formulary within hospital information system. Reveiw prescriptions for suitability and accuracy, compound and dispense medication as directed by prescription
Licensed Pharmacist in Oregon (obtain license); Bachelors degree from ACPE accredited college, two years exp., prefer hospital exp as pharmacist and Doctorate of Pharmacy. Infusion and Chemotherapy knowledge a huge plus
