Job Description

Main duties: Works under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. Provides pharmaceutical care to the types and ages of patients defined by the pharmacy scope of practice. Assists the department and patient care areas in identification and resolution of patient safety issues related to medication use. Coordinates the clinical pharmacy services and ensures that the pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Supervises the pharmacists.

MIN. SKILLS REQUIRED: PharmD from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy. Registration and licensure current with the Wyoming Board of Pharmacy or the ability to become licensed. Four years experience in Health-system pharmacy. One year residency or experience as a clinical coordinator
