Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy Manager needed for a progressive rural healthcare organization located in the picturesque Badlands of Montana. Position services as primary pharmacist in retail-clinic setting, and is attached to a local hospital. The manager supervises pharmacists, technicians and works with DME department in coordinating services. Provides medications on in-patient and out-patient settings. Tasks include dispensing of medications, drug regimen review, patient and staff education, inventory management, therapy decisions and drug therapy monitoring. Looking for independent, self motivated individual with strong public relation skills. Competitive salary and benefits.
