As Director of Pharmacy you will have a full support team available to you, from a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, other CPS Directors and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws. You’ll recommend innovations in the practice and function of the hospital pharmacy to Administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. You’ll need the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns in addition to the ability to work cooperatively with other members of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services and hospital and pharmacy staff.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD)
- Current NJ pharmacist license in good standing

Yelencsics Community Hospital and the adjacent 94-bed JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. Pharmacy: The 24/7 fully automated, clinically active pharmacy at JFK Medical Center is in the process of becoming decentralized. It is staffed by 58 pharmacy professionals and has a dynamic management team, including a Director, Assistant Director, and Clinical Manager. Management of the pharmacy is outsourced to CPS.
