Our client, a large non-profit acute care hospital located in beautiful Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to join their cohesive team. If you have at least two years of hospital pharmacy management experience and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, we'd love to hear from you!
In this role, you would be responsible for leading a dynamic and patient-centered team of pharmacists and technicians in daily operations, including systems, automation, inventory management, purchasing, scheduling, clinical initiatives and inter-departmental meetings, ensuring the highest and safest quality of care is delivered to the patient.
Requirements include a proven record of at least two years of hospital pharmacy management experience, solid decision-making and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to promote teamwork. Must have license to practice pharmacy in the state of North Carolina (or able to reciprocate) and a stable work history within hospital pharmacy.
