Job Description

Our client, a 200-bed acute care community hospital located in Meridian, MS, is seeking a new Director of Pharmacy to join their management team. As Director of Pharmacy, you would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations including management of staff (pharmacists, technicians and support staff), budgeting and financial resource management, workflow; processes and procedures, staff development and inter-departmental communications.

If you have 3-5 years or more of hospital pharmacy experience, great communication and team-building skills, and the ability to develop, implement and lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, we would love to talk with you about this opportunity! A competitive salary, bonus plan and excellent benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required; PharmD preferred. MS license to practice pharmacy (or eligible to reciprocate) required.
