We are seeking qualified candidates for a Clinical Pharmacist position with a small specialty hospital located in Tulsa, OK. Position will involve both operational and clinical duties including order receipt and clarification, order entry, clinical review and making appropriate recommendations for therapy modifications and providing drug information. This position offers a daytime schedule.
At least one year of experience as a pharmacist in a clinical setting and a residency, OK license, solid work ethic and great communication skills are required.
