Staff Pharmacist
WORKING HOURS:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
rotational on-call duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver pharmaceutical care consistent with the department's clinical role in assuring rational drug therapy; develop, evaluate, recommend and monitor patient pharmaceutical care plan; compound and dispense prescribed medication; receive, review and interpret medication prescriptions; consult and confer with prescriber and caregiver; and document and maintain patient and department records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in pharmacy or Pharm D
Must have: Compounding, IV, or home infusion experience
