We are currently seeking a Medication Safety Pharmacy Coordinator to work in our state-of-the-art hospital inpatient pharmacy. In this position you will be a crucial member of our pharmacy team. You will coordinate and manage the medication Safety information systems for the pharmacy department. You will develop medication use and safety plans and provide the overall maintenance to the medication safety team. You will also maintain the current pharmacy safety use of their pharmacy database. You must have excellent clinical comprehension and a strong attention to detail. 

-You must be familiar with MERP rules and standards for this position

Shift: Monday-Friday: Full Time Days and Evening Shifts available

Requirements:
-You must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of California to apply (or in the process of obtaining your California license) PharmD degree is required
-You have completed at least your PGY-1 Residency or a Clinical Fellowship to be considered 
-Five years of hospital experience preferred with 3 years of clinical management experience in a hospital setting
