Clinical Pharmacist Position Available

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be licensed by the State Board of Pharmacy in California.
• PharmD required.
• PGY-1 Residency preferred.
• Must be able to work in a team oriented enviornment. 
• Prefer candidate with at least 5 years of hospital/clinical experience.
• Position is 70% Clinical and 30% Order Entry.
• Pyxis experience is a plus.
