We are are currently looking for a full time pharmacist to work in our home infusion pharmacy in our hospital. In this role you will be providing medical infusion, respiratory equipment, nutritional support and anti-infective therapies to the patient areas we service. You will be a very valuable member of our pharmacy team in this position. Our pharmacy has plenty of qualified and experience technicians to support you in the pharmacy. We offer a supportive team atmosphere for you to work in.
Pharmacy Schedule: Monday-Friday: Day Shift No Weekends!!!

-To apply you must be a licensed pharmacist in the state of Ohio
-B.S in Pharmacy degree completed from an accredited school of pharmacy (PharmD is a plus).
-You must have current or recent experience working with IV admixtures
-Home Infusion experience is a plus
