Our pharmacy has an opening for a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to work at our prominent hospital in the area. As a critical member of our pharmacy team you will be involved in all aspects of the pharmacy. You will participate in rounding, dosing, dispensing, and going over orders for accuracy. You will do partial reviews for charts and fill IV and TPN orders. You will answer questions from Physicians, Nurses and other medical staff. Our pharmacists are very hands on at our hospital. 

This position is for full-time pharmacist. Some rotaions will be required.

Requirements:To apply you must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of Vermont (or in the process of obtaining your VT state license) with your B.S in Pharmacy degree. PharmD or ASHP Residency experience is a plus

Previous experience in a hospital setting a plus. Pharmacy Director will consider a retail pharmacist who graduated within the last 1-3 years and now wants to switch to hospital.
