Shifts:
- Rotating Day/Evening

Requirements:
Clinical Hospital Pharmacy experience required or new grad with hospital rotations.
BS or Pharm D required.
Main Duties:
The Clinical Pharmacist will support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy by identifying, preventing, and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety and improve patient satisfaction and mimimize cost.
