Weekend Staff Pharmacist-per diem/PRN
Doctors’ Center Hospital / Manatí, Puerto Rico

Description: As a staff pharmacist at Doctors’ Center Hospital, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. This position is scheduled to work two Saturdays per month.

Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD)
- Current PR license in good standing

**We are willing to consider new pharmacy graduates who have their Puerto Rico pharmacist license**

Facility: Doctors’ Center Hospital is a state-of-the-art 300-bed acute care hospital that offers medical, surgical, intensive care, women’s, and pediatric services. The spacious centralized pharmacy was recently relocated to the second floor of the hospital. It is staffed by about 20 pharmacy professionals and open weekdays from 7am-9pm and weekends from 7am-6pm. Management of the pharmacy is outsourced to CPS.
