Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Licensed as a Pharmacist with a current valid, full and unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess a valid U.S. Green Card.
- Life support training; BCLS and ATLS
- Ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other Health Care Providers.
- Must meet minimum standards for CME requirements.
- Two years working hospital or high volume retail experience within the last two years.
- Pass company and government background checks
- Must be a US Citizen
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other employees, and to document records effectively.
- Possess a current and unrestricted license in a U.S. state, territory or US commonwealth.
