Job Description Our pharmacists clinically evaluate medication orders using the patient profiles and the Systems' on-line medical record to assure safe therapy for our patients. They consult daily with health care professionals and resolve medication-related problems.
The pharmacists are called upon to provide drug information to health care providers and patients and they participate in patient care rounds/therapeutic monitoring as assigned. Staff are involved daily in antibiotic dosing and monitoring. Teaching activities include pharmacy resident and students. Medications are dispensed to inpatients and LTC patients with the help of automated dispensing systems and Pyxis Connect.

B.S. Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D required.
Previous hospital/home care experience preferred; residency in hospital pharmacy preferred.
NYS Licensure and current NYS Registration
