Assignment Capsule
As the Managing Pharmacist, Dr Call / Screening, you will: Lead and develop a growing team of over 40 + experienced Pharmacists and Technicians. Work with leadership on daily productions and outcomes. Build and leverage collaborative relationships between our Rightsource I mail-order Pharmacy and Rightsource II mail-order Pharmacy Dr Call teams.
Drive optimal utilization of resources and keen focus on forecasting workflow inputs and outputs within the Screening and Doctor Call departments and the effects this has on upstream and downstream core processes.
Manage daily schedules to meet production needs.
Develop direct reports - day to day and succession planning. Enhance competencies of Front Line Leaders.
You will be a resource to solve and reduce problems.
Influence behavioral changes around team and manage viewpoints around time / role and other expectations.
Constant focus on process improvement, identify gaps and reduce and mitigate risks.

Role Essentials
- Active Pharmacist License, ability to obtain OH License
- 2-5 years Leading a team of Pharmacists
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to West Chester, OH - Greater Cincinnati Area
- Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and is also an individual contributor
Role Desirables
- Business degree (Master of Business Administration preferred)
- Ability to understand clinical and pharmaceutical terminology
- Knowledge of Mail Order Pharmacy operations
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute effective time management.
- Ability to work in either a team or an individual capacity to achieve goals and meet deadlines
