Detail-oriented individuals are essential when streamlining and perfecting the operating models of a successful company. The RightSourceRx Specialty Quality Pharmacist contributes to the success of Humana’s RightSourceRx’s business strategy by continuously re-evaluating and auditing existing work processes and quality metrics in order to predict, address and resolve issues of non-compliance while delivering Humana’s trademark innovative products and services to consumers.
- Provide leadership, development and oversight of the specialty pharmacy quality improvement plan and initiatives.
- Support operational excellence within Humana’s RightSourceRx Specialty Pharmacy service through innovation and lean six sigma or similar processes.
- Assist in ensuring full compliance with all state, federal, and governing bodies’ regulatory and licensing requirements for the distribution of specialty pharmaceuticals for RightSourceRx Specialty Pharmacy.
- Participate in compliance activities related to accreditation and state and federal regulations.
- Facilitate required audits to meet all accreditation and regulatory requirements and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Successful development of working relationships within a highly matrixed business environment.

Role Essentials
- Licensed Pharmacist with PharmD (preferred) or Bachelor’s of Pharmacy Degree
- Unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio and willingness to reciprocate to additional states
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Possess a professional and accessible demeanor
- Excels in a team environment
- Be self motivated and disciplined
